Yes. Every unit is engineered for professional use, includes emergency stop and safety sensors, and is configured for the electrical standards of the destination country. Each device is quality checked before shipment
Yes. Most systems update automatically over Wi-Fi so you always have current features and security.
Our devices merge science and design to deliver results you can see and feel. Each session combines advanced technologies — red light therapy, infrared heating, vacuum technology, collagen lamps, dry float systems, and cryotherapy — working together to elevate circulation, stimulate collagen production, support lymphatic flow, and accelerate recovery.
All devices can be used stand alone. Only nitrogen based cryotherapy chambers require a trained operator present for safety.
Shipping and delivery
Yes. We ship across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America
Typical lead time is 6 to 12 weeks to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and South America. Timing covers build, quality checks, and freight. This includes any customization of color, leather or branding. Your sales advisor will confirm the window for your location.
Each device is built for your local voltage, frequency, and plug type and certified to operate in the country of delivery.
Customization
Yes. We offer full studio customization so your equipment fits your brand from day one.

- Branding customization – logos, graphics, and interface themes
For large studio rollouts we also offer display customization for the on screen experience. Orders of 3 or more devices include all customization free of charge.

Financing and pricing
Yes. Financing is available through our vetted partners in the U.S., or you can secure a personal loan through your bank. Both options give you the flexibility to spread out payments while you begin generating revenue from your equipment
Pricing depends on model, configuration, customization, and shipping. Request a tailored quote and we will include financing options and typical operating costs for your use case.
We don’t provide in-house payment plans. Most of our clients either use partner financing for flexible terms or secure a personal loan through their bank to cover the purchase. This allows you to launch faster and fund your investment with the income your equipment produces
Warranty, service, and maintenance
Full 12 month warranty. After 12 months you have ongoing access to support, maintenance, and spare parts for the lifetime of the device.
Priority technical support, parts availability, and optional service programs to keep downtime low and predictable.
Daily surface cleaning and periodic checks using our care checklist. Our devices are made to have minimum involvement.
Yes. All systems are engineered for low energy use relative to output. Ask for the spec sheet for per model consumption.
Installation and training
Your equipment will be installed by our certified technicians to ensure proper setup and performance. We coordinate worldwide installation and provide a full site checklist, scheduling, and handover so your studio is ready to operate quickly. Installation services are arranged alongside your order proposal, giving you a seamless, worry-free start.
Yes. We provide onboarding for your staff, operating guides, and best practice protocols so your team delivers great sessions from day one.
Cryotherapy specifics
A short whole body or localized exposure to very cold temperatures, typically minus 110 to minus 180 C for 1 to 3 minutes, designed to support recovery and reduce inflammation.
Yes. A trained operator monitors every session. Nitrogen never touches the skin and oxygen levels are monitored. Sessions follow strict time and temperature limits.
Yes. A single cryotherapy session can stimulate your body to burn additional calories as it works to re-warm itself after cold exposure. Depending on the protocol and frequency, studies suggest hundreds of extra calories may be burned in the hours following a session.
